15 Apr 2008 - N.U.T. Strike Action

On Thursday 24th April teachers across the country will be taking stike action against the lastest Government pay offer. Teachers in The National Union of Teachers (N.U.T) voted to hold a 1 day strike in a ballot held in March. Our school will be affected by this strike. Where possible we will keep school open and running as usual, however the following classes will be affected by the strike.

Nursery, Reception 1 & 2, Year 2, Year 5

Children in these classes should not attend school on Thursday 24th April as there will not be adequate teaching staff in school. Children in all other classes should attend school as usual.
