                                  Mrs Vella has been working with the children growing all kinds of great produce, yesterday she harvested the sweetcorn and cooked it for everyone to try! She is also working really hard to get the composting right, we have loads of fruit, toilet roll middles and tea bags in the compost bin, but it’s lacking in vegetable waste and egg shells … Mrs Vella is hoping that you can help!

On Mondays, there will be crates by the doors in the morning to collect contributions for the compost, if you have anything to bring then please leave it in a crate in the morning. Throughout the week, you can leave contributions by the bin near the kitchen (in the staff car park), Mrs Vella will be very grateful.

We are also collecting Morrisons vouchers, Mrs Vella is hoping to save enough to exchange for gardening equipment for the children to use. If you have any equipment that you no longer need, please talk to Mrs Vella to find out if it could be used in school. Thanks!
